# Heckler

> Heckler designs and builds commercial AV furniture and mounting hardware — lecterns, AV walls, credenzas, carts and device mounts — for collaboration rooms, classrooms, healthcare, hospitality and public spaces. Products are sold online, through authorized dealers and distributors, and by quote.

Heckler is based in Phoenix, Arizona. Pricing depends on who is asking: visitors see MSRP; signed-in dealers and distributors see their authorized tier. Prices on public pages are estimates that exclude tax and freight. Large or configured orders go through a quote rather than checkout.

AI agents can work with Heckler in two ways:

1. **Remote MCP server** at https://heckler.com/mcp (Streamable HTTP, OAuth 2.1). The person you act for signs in to Heckler Workspace with their work email and a one-time code; there is no password, and a first sign-in sets up their Workspace. Scopes: openid, profile, email. Tools cover product research and pricing, Framework and Lectern build planning, saved builds and exports, projects, quote drafts, orders, invoices and returns, all scoped to that person's account. Checkout, payment, quote acceptance, artwork proof approval and most uploads stay on the website: the server returns a link for the person to finish there.
2. **In-page browser tools (WebMCP)**, for browsers that implement WebMCP: site-wide `site_` tools on every storefront page (search, page context, navigation), plus page tools on the Framework and Lectern configurators, product pages, the resource library, the cart and the signed-in quote builder. They drive the same controls a person uses on that page; checkout stays a link for the person.
