Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process

To begin your return, log in to your online account, select the order number, and follow the steps to initiate the process. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive an email with detailed instructions. Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method.

International returns must be shipped with duties and taxes billed to the sender (not Heckler). Any import duties, brokerage, or customs fees billed to Heckler will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Products Purchased from Resellers

Our return policy only applies to products purchased from HecklerDesign.com. If you have purchased your product elsewhere, please contact the respective reseller.

KYC and Customs Requirements

Certain destination countries, including but not limited to India, Brazil, China, South Korea, and Saudi Arabia, require the recipient to provide government-issued identification, tax ID, or KYC documentation to the carrier or local customs authority before delivery.

The recipient (importer) is solely responsible for providing all required documents or information requested by customs or the delivery carrier to facilitate clearance. Our company cannot intervene or expedite customs clearance on the recipient’s behalf.

Failure to Provide Required Documentation

If the recipient does not respond to the carrier’s request for information or fails to provide the necessary documents within the required timeframe, the shipment may be returned to the sender or abandoned by customs.

In such cases:
• The recipient/customer remains responsible for all related costs, including but not limited to return shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, and any associated carrier handling charges.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customs Duties and Taxes

All international shipments are subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees as determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping total at checkout.
