Thank you for choosing the Heckler Stand for Rally Board 65. To ensure safe and proper assembly, operation, and maintenance of this product, it is essential to thoroughly read and understand this user guide before beginning any assembly.
Failure to follow the instructions and safety guidelines provided in this manual may result in serious personal injury, equipment damage, or voided warranties.
- Assembly Requirements: This product requires multiple people to safely mount the display. Attempting to mount the display alone could result in injury or damage to the equipment.
- Weight and Stability: Ensure that the stand is placed on a stable, level surface during assembly and when in use. Uneven or unstable surfaces may cause the stand to tip over, leading to potential injury or damage.
- Use Proper Tools: Only use the recommended tools for assembly. Improper tools or techniques may damage the components and compromise the safety and stability of the stand.
- Display Mounting: This stand is compatible only with the Logitech Rally Board 65. Attempting to mount other devices and displays can cause instability resulting in injury or damage.
- Secure All Components: Ensure all bolts, screws, and other fasteners are securely tightened and engaged as per the instructions. Loose or improperly engaged components may cause the stand or display to become unstable.
- Electrical Safety: If your display or any attached components require electrical connections, ensure that all wiring is correctly installed and free of damage. Avoid routing cables where they could be pinched or damaged during assembly or operation.
- Routine Inspection: Regularly inspect the stand and mounted display for any signs of wear, damage, or loose components. Address any issues immediately to maintain safety and functionality.

Engage the caster brake.
The casters have a total lock feature, locking the wheels from spinning as well as the swivel axis from swiveling.
Thread the caster into the leg socket.

Thread the caster all the way into the leg insert. The hex feature of the caster should be fully seated inside the leg socket.

Lay the beam on the ground and install the first leg.
If the leg becomes misaligned during your installation attempt, remove the leg from the socket and try again. Attempting to pry or force a misaligned leg into position may cause damage to the stand.
Use the supplied hex key to back out each set screw so the leg can slide into the socket without striking the tips of the set screws.

Each leg socket ships with two set screws pre-installed. Check to ensure two set screws are present at each leg socket location. If any set screws are missing, check your packaging and contact Heckler customer service for replacement parts.
Orient the leg so that the surface with the two holes aligns with the two set screws.
Insert the leg into the socket.

Depress the silver safety push pin on the side of the leg, then push the leg fully into the socket.

When correctly inserted, the safety push pin will click inside of the round beam tube and the two tabs on the end of the leg will be flush with the outside surface of the beam.

Tighten the two set screws.
Tighten the screws firmly, but do not overtighten.
As the set screws fasten into place, the conical tip of the set screws will align with the conical holes in the leg. You’ll feel the leg align into its final position.

Ensure the set screws are fully screwed into the leg. The set screws should rest near-flush to the beam surface. The set screws should not sink into the beam beyond flush.

Identify the two column sockets on the beam.
Use the supplied hex key to back out each set screw so the column can slide into the socket without striking the tips of the set screws.
Each column socket ships with two set screws pre-installed. Check to ensure two set screws are present at each column socket location. If any set screws are missing, check your packaging and contact Heckler customer service for replacement parts.

Align and insert the end of the column with the socket on the beam.
Hold the column vertically throughout this process to ensure proper socket alignment. If the column becomes misaligned during your installation attempt, remove the column from the socket and try again. Attempting to pry or force a misaligned column into position may cause damage to the stand.

Rally Board 65 has both VESA compatible mounting points and proprietary, outer mounting points. This stand relies on the proprietary, outer mounting points located on the far outer sides of the rectangular protruding feature on the rear of Rally Board 65.
Choose the display orientation.

Locate the upper two mounting holes, which are 11.6 inches (295 mm) from the top. The display is symmetrical, so the mounting hole distance is the same on both sides.

Fasten the display upper mounting screws to these two locations.
Engage at least four rotations of thread, but do not fully tighten. Leave about 0.2 inches of space between the screw head and the rear surface of the Rally Board 65.
