Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy

This policy applies to public advertising of products for which Heckler has communicated a current MAP, including websites, ecommerce listings, marketplaces, email marketing, paid media, social posts, and printed advertising.

MAP applies to publicly advertised prices, not to the final price at which a reseller chooses to sell. Resellers remain free to set actual resale prices independently. Private quotes, individually negotiated transactions, and prices communicated directly to a customer in a non-public exchange are not advertised prices under this policy.

Heckler may unilaterally establish, change, suspend, or discontinue MAP levels and may communicate product-specific exceptions or promotional periods. Resellers determine independently whether and how to respond.

Publicly displaying a below-MAP price or using a public mechanism that reveals a below-MAP price may result in unilateral action. Selling below MAP in a private transaction, providing an individualized private quote, or offering value-added services without publicly advertising a below-MAP product price does not by itself violate this policy.

Third-party marketplace authorization is governed separately by the Reseller Policy and applicable dealer or distribution terms. A marketplace restriction may be enforced whether or not the advertised price complies with MAP.

Heckler alone determines whether to monitor, interpret, or enforce this policy and what action, if any, to take, including restricting supply, suspending an account, or terminating reseller authorization. Heckler does not request or accept a reseller's agreement, promise, or assurance concerning MAP compliance, and sales personnel are not authorized to negotiate this policy.

Heckler may update or withdraw this unilateral policy at any time.
