Reseller Policy

This public policy of Hecktech, Inc., an Arizona corporation doing business as Heckler ("Heckler"), summarizes reseller and marketplace requirements. It does not replace a signed Dealer Agreement, distribution agreement, or Heckler's separate unilateral MAP Policy.
Authorized Resale
Heckler products may be purchased for resale only by authorized resellers, integrators, dealers, or distributors and sold only through channels Heckler has approved. Authorization is non-exclusive, applies only to the approved entity and channels, and may be suspended or revoked.
Third-Party Marketplaces
Listing or selling Heckler products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or another third-party marketplace requires Heckler's prior written approval. Marketplace restrictions are enforceable independently of any advertised-price policy.
Brand and Product Representation
Resellers must use accurate product information, avoid misleading claims or unauthorized branding, maintain professional presentation, preserve product and packaging integrity, and follow applicable trademark, marketing, channel, and product-safety guidance.
Pricing Policies
Each reseller independently sets its actual resale prices. Heckler may separately communicate suggested pricing and a unilateral Minimum Advertised Price Policy governing advertised prices. This Reseller Policy does not request a reseller agreement, promise, or assurance concerning MAP compliance.
Enforcement
Heckler may cancel orders, restrict supply, suspend or terminate accounts, revoke authorization, or take other appropriate action for policy violations. MAP enforcement decisions, if any, remain unilateral under the separate MAP Policy.
