Reseller Policy

Heckler products may be purchased for resale only by authorized resellers, integrators, dealers, or distributors and sold only through channels Heckler has approved. Authorization is non-exclusive, applies only to the approved entity and channels, and may be suspended or revoked.

Obtaining and maintaining Heckler Authorized Dealer status requires direct, role-based email communication with Heckler and systems operating on its behalf. Authorized Dealers must maintain current business email contacts for all employees who need information about Heckler products, pricing, transactions, or platforms, including engineers, purchasing managers, project managers, designers, accounting personnel, and other relevant employees. A general company contact or internal forwarding alone does not satisfy this requirement.

Communications may include transactional messages, new and revised products, price changes, and new or improved features of Heckler platforms employees use. The Dealer Agreement sets out the full requirements, subject to applicable consent and marketing unsubscribe rights. A lawful marketing opt-out does not by itself constitute a violation of this requirement.

Listing or selling Heckler products on Amazon, eBay, Walmart Marketplace, or another third-party marketplace requires Heckler's prior written approval. Marketplace restrictions are enforceable independently of any advertised-price policy.

Resellers must use accurate product information, avoid misleading claims or unauthorized branding, maintain professional presentation, preserve product and packaging integrity, and follow applicable trademark, marketing, channel, and product-safety guidance.

Each reseller independently sets its actual resale prices. Heckler may separately communicate suggested pricing and a unilateral Minimum Advertised Price Policy governing advertised prices. This Reseller Policy does not request a reseller agreement, promise, or assurance concerning MAP compliance.

Heckler may cancel orders, restrict supply, suspend or terminate accounts, revoke authorization, or take other appropriate action for policy violations. MAP enforcement decisions, if any, remain unilateral under the separate MAP Policy.
