Thank you for choosing the Heckler XL Display Stand. To ensure safe and proper assembly, operation, and maintenance of this product, it is essential to thoroughly read and understand this user guide before beginning any assembly.
Failure to follow the instructions and safety guidelines provided in this manual may result in serious personal injury, equipment damage, or voided warranties.
- Assembly Requirements: This product requires multiple people to assemble and safely mount the display. Attempting to assemble or mount the display alone could result in injury or damage to the equipment.
- Weight and Stability: Ensure that the stand is placed on a stable, level surface during assembly and when in use. Uneven or unstable surfaces may cause the stand to tip over, leading to potential injury or damage.
- Display Mounting: Mounting a display on this stand requires careful attention to weight limits and proper alignment. Exceeding weight limits or incorrect mounting can cause the display to fall, resulting in injury or damage.
- Secure All Components: Ensure all bolts, screws, and other fasteners are securely tightened and engaged as per the instructions. Loose or improperly engaged components may cause the stand or display to become unstable.
- Electrical Safety: If your display or any attached components require electrical connections, ensure that all wiring is correctly installed and free of damage. Avoid routing cables where they could be pinched or damaged during assembly or operation.
- Routine Inspection: Regularly inspect the stand and mounted display for any signs of wear, damage, or loose components. Address any issues immediately to maintain safety and functionality.
Heckler Design is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper assembly, use, or maintenance of this product. By assembling and using this product, you agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided in this user guide.

The beam of this stand ships in two parts. The two parts connect using the provided stainless steel coupler.
To save space, the coupler is fully inserted into one of the beam parts during shipping. Depress the coupler’s spring buttons to remove the coupler from its storage location.
Simultaneously depress both spring buttons completely and slide the coupler outward until the next pair of spring buttons snaps into position.

Fasten the left beam to the right beam using the coupler.
Ensure both halves of the beam are installed in the correct orientation by checking the Heckler logo on each end of the beam. Both logos should be right-side up.

Engage the caster brake.
The casters have a total lock feature, locking the wheels from spinning as well as the swivel axis from swiveling.
Fasten the threaded caster post into the leg socket by twisting the caster, with brake applied, into the threaded socket.

Lay the beam on the ground and install the first leg.
Enlarge image ↗ Beam lying on the surface with the first leg installed.
To install each leg in its correct orientation, align the screw head on the side of the leg to the notch on the beam socket.
If the leg becomes misaligned during your installation attempt, remove the leg from the socket and try again. Attempting to pry or force a misaligned leg into position may cause damage to the stand.

Once the leg has entered its socket, depress both spring buttons completely, then continue inserting the leg until the two tabs on the top of the leg pass through the slots in the surface of the beam and both spring buttons pop through the holes on the beam.

Identify your display’s horizontal VESA pattern and choose the corresponding column inserts on the beam.
Heckler XL Display Stand is compatible with most displays with VESA 400, VESA 600, VESA 800, VESA 1000, VESA 1200, VESA 1400, and VESA 1600 mounting patterns.
Enlarge image ↗ Symmetric column socket positions on the beam labeled 400, 600, 800, 1000, 1200, 1400, and 1600 mm.
Displays with VESA 500, VESA 700, VESA 900, VESA 1100, VESA 1300, and VESA 1500 horizontal mounting patterns are also compatible. To mount displays with these patterns, move one column away from the center of the beam. The resulting installation will off-center the display to the stand body by 50 mm.
Enlarge image ↗ Offset column socket positions on the beam labeled 500, 700, 900, 1100, 1300, and 1500 mm.
Hold the column vertically throughout this process to ensure proper socket alignment. If the column becomes misaligned during your installation attempt, remove the column from the socket and try again.

Align and insert the end of the column with the socket on the beam. When the column end approaches the beam, depress both spring button heads and continue inserting the column until both spring button heads extend fully through the beam.

This stand is designed to safely mount displays with screen sizes 82 to 105 inches, with VESA 400 to VESA 1600 horizontal mounting patterns, weighing up to 220 pounds.
Fasten the supplied M8 set screws into the four VESA mounting positions on your display.
Most large displays use M8-sized mounting holes. The H1050 Heckler XL Display Stand comes with M8 mounting hardware. M6 mounting hardware is available separately if needed.
In most cases, you can fasten these by hand—no tools needed. If you do use a tool (not included), be careful not to over-tighten the set screws.

Fully fasten the display anchors to the set screws. Do not over-tighten.
Each display anchor features an embedded steel nut. Ensure the set screw fully threads through this nut.

Select the mounting position on the columns that provides your desired display height.

Carefully move the display close to the columns. Fully insert all four display anchors into the mounting keyholes on the columns. Then, gently lower the anchors onto the keyholes. This action secures the display to the stand.

To ensure a secure assembly, you must properly affix the display. Do this by inserting a cable manager through the rear holes on each column that correspond to each display anchor.
