Thank you for choosing the Heckler Dual Display Stand. To ensure safe and proper assembly, operation, and maintenance of this product, it is essential to thoroughly read and understand this user guide before beginning any assembly.
Failure to follow the instructions and safety guidelines provided in this manual may result in serious personal injury, equipment damage, or voided warranties.
- Assembly Requirements: This product requires multiple people to assemble and safely mount the display. Attempting to assemble or mount the display alone could result in injury or damage to the equipment.
- Weight and Stability: Ensure that the stand is placed on a stable, level surface during assembly and when in use. Uneven or unstable surfaces may cause the stand to tip over, leading to potential injury or damage.
- Display Mounting: Mounting a display on this stand requires careful attention to weight limits and proper alignment. Exceeding weight limits or incorrect mounting can cause the display to fall, resulting in injury or damage.
- Secure All Components: Ensure all bolts, screws, and other fasteners are securely tightened and engaged as per the instructions. Loose or improperly engaged components may cause the stand or display to become unstable.
- Electrical Safety: If your display or any attached components require electrical connections, ensure that all wiring is correctly installed and free of damage. Avoid routing cables where they could be pinched or damaged during assembly or operation.
- Routine Inspection: Regularly inspect the stand and mounted display for any signs of wear, damage, or loose components. Address any issues immediately to maintain safety and functionality.
Heckler is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper assembly, use, or maintenance of this product. By assembling and using this product, you agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided in this user guide.

The beam of this stand ships in three beam segments. The three parts connect using two included stainless steel couplers.
To save space, the couplers are inserted into beam segments during shipping. Depress each coupler’s spring buttons to remove the coupler from its storage location.
Simultaneously depress both spring buttons completely and slide the coupler outward until the next pair of spring buttons snaps into position.

Fasten the right beam segment to the center beam segment.
Ensure all beam segments are installed in the correct orientation by checking for consistent alignment of the leg socket holes across all three beam segments. Also, check the Heckler logo on the end of the left and right beam segments. Both logos should be right-side up while the array of open VESA sockets should be angled upwards.

Engage the caster brake.
The casters have a total lock feature, locking the wheels from spinning as well as the swivel axis from swiveling.
Insert the caster post into the leg socket.

Rotate the caster until the hex shapes are aligned.
Push until you feel the grip ring pop into position. The hex feature should be fully seated inside the leg socket.

Lay the beam on the ground and install the first leg.

To install each leg in its correct orientation, align the screw head on the side of the leg to the notch on the beam socket.
If the leg becomes misaligned during your installation attempt, remove the leg from the socket and try again. Attempting to pry or force a misaligned leg into position may cause damage to the stand.

Once the leg has entered its socket, depress both spring buttons completely, then continue inserting the leg until the two tabs on the top of the leg pass through the slots in the surface of the beam and both spring buttons pop through the holes on the beam.

Identify your displays’ horizontal VESA pattern and choose the corresponding column inserts on the beam.
Heckler Dual Display Stand is compatible with most displays with VESA 200, VESA 300, VESA 400, VESA 500, VESA 600, VESA 700, and VESA 800 mounting patterns.

Align and insert the end of the column with the socket on the beam. When the column end approaches the beam, depress both spring button heads and continue inserting the column until both spring button heads extend fully through the beam.
Hold the column vertically throughout this process to ensure proper socket alignment. If the column becomes misaligned during your installation attempt, remove the column from the socket and try again.

Fasten the supplied M6 or M8 set screws into the four VESA mounting positions on your display.
In most cases, you can fasten these by hand—no tools needed. If you do use a tool (not included), be careful not to over-tighten the set screws.

To ensure a secure assembly, you must properly affix the display. Do this by inserting a cable manager through the rear holes on each column that correspond to each display anchor.

Once both displays are installed, a gap will be present between the two displays. This is normal. If the gap is greater than 50 mm, in most cases, you can move the columns one socket towards the center of the beam to reduce the gap.
