Introduction

The 2010 ADA Standards, Section 307.2 limit horizontal projection into circulation paths to four inches for objects with leading edges above 27 inches and no higher than 80 inches above the finished floor or ground.

Heckler ADA Panels are installed within cane-detection range to provide a fixed, detectable element below projecting equipment.

When used with Heckler Credenza 4U (H735)

If H735 Heckler Credenza 4U is already installed, H806A is the best choice since they have the same height as the credenza body. You can also pick the same fabric choice to match your Heckler Credenza 4U.

When used with Heckler AV Wall and Video Meeting Hub (H800+H807)

If Heckler AV Wall system is already installed, H806A is the best choice since they have the same height as the H807. You can also pick the same fabric choice to match your Heckler AV Wall.

When only the video conferencing gear protrudes more than 4” off the wall

If you are using a PTZ camera or a narrow video meeting bar that protrudes more than 4” off the wall, and the display protrudes less than 4”, your best choice here is to center mount one panel from the H808 pair.
