Each Heckler AV Cart nests within inches of the next — cable managers serve as inter-unit bumpers to protect finishes during storage. For fleet deployments, configure dozens of carts in a single staging area, then roll each unit to its final location. Compact storage, efficient deployment, no disruption to occupied spaces.

Device Panel mounts to the cart with four screws. Configure devices and cabling on a workbench, then attach the completed panel to the cart structure. For maintenance, remove two screws to flip Device Panel open — full access to cabling and hardware without removing anything from the cart.

Add Dual Display Kit (sold separately) for two-screen deployments — all-hands meetings, classrooms, digital signage. Mount Eyeline Camera Mount between displays for a centered telepresence camera position.

Soundbar Mount is included with every AV Cart Prime. Mount soundbars and speakerphones above or below the display — the rigid steel structure holds audio devices firmly in position without vibration or flex.

Heckler AV Cart Prime ships knocked-down in a compact flat-pack carton via standard small-package carriers — DHL, FedEx, UPS. No freight quotes. No LTL scheduling. For fleet deployments, multiple units stack efficiently on a single pallet. Nested storage with cable managers as inter-unit bumpers means carts arrive protected and ready to build.

Oversized twin-wheel casters with sealed swivel and wheel bearings for quiet, smooth travel across hard floors, carpet, and transitions. Tread guards prevent cord entanglement. Total-lock brakes engage both wheel rotation and caster swivel simultaneously — the cart stays exactly where you place it."

Every AV Cart Prime includes Control Shelf for touch controllers: Logitech Tap, Zoom Rooms Console, Neat Pad, or any VESA-compatible control surface. Mount at adjustable angles and heights for standing or seated use. Invert for a flat shelf surface.
