WindFall PivotTack (T223) secures a WindFall Stand to a countertop through a 1/2-inch drilled hole. The urethane body routes the charging cable beneath the surface and out of sight. A cotter pin prevents removal; a 1/4-inch shank padlock (sold separately) adds tamper-proof security. $10.

The included cotter pin prevents the Stand from being lifted off the countertop. For tamper-proof security, a 1/4-inch shank padlock (sold separately) locks the assembly from below.
