8 RU rack-mount AV furniture with console inserts for classrooms and lecture halls
Classroom and distance learning AV deployments require cameras, codecs, microphones, and networking hardware across hundreds of rooms. Heckler Classroom Credenza Mk II enables central pre-configuration and rapid mass deployment with 8 RU of rack storage, two console insert locations, and French cleat wall mounting.
Every unit includes a blank plate console insert and laptop shelf console insert. Additional inserts for touchscreens, microphones, and courtesy I/O are available separately. Shop additional console inserts.
The Maharam textile-wrapped front cover integrates Classroom Credenza Mk II into classrooms, lecture halls, and corporate training rooms. Technology stays accessible without disrupting the room’s design language.
Outfit multiple classrooms with ease. During equipment loading, Classroom Credenza is designed to sit securely on your benchtop, giving you open access from both sides for efficient, organized builds. Configure offsite in a comfortable workspace before deploying your equipment with confidence.
Classroom Credenza provides 8 RU of rack-mounted storage (4 RU per side). Lower and rear surfaces provide additional mounting space for small components and cable management.
The large rear cutout mounts directly over existing wall outlets, eliminating electrical work. This reduces coordination, compresses timelines, and keeps your project on budget.
Two Console Insert locations support touchscreens, microphones, and courtesy I/O. The expanding range of inserts accommodates devices from Crestron, Extron, Logitech, Shure, Q-SYS, and others. Every unit includes a blank plate and laptop shelf.
The included French cleat enables secure wall mounting while your team preps classrooms and assembles builds in parallel. Parallel workflows compress project timelines.
The integrated locking mechanism secures the front panel, preventing unauthorized access to internal components. AV configurations stay exactly as deployed.
Four D-style mounting positions on the bottom surface integrate connectors and accessories securely.
The open-grid rear surface, spaced off the wall, enables passive heat dissipation through natural airflow. For builds requiring additional ventilation, mount up to two pairs of standard 80mm fans.
Classroom Credenza ships via FedEx Ground, UPS, and DHL small-package services — eliminating freight costs from your project budget. For large deployments, up to ten units fit on a standard freight pallet.
