Heckler Lectern 6U is a height-adjustable, ADA-compliant teaching lectern with 6RU of internal component storage, a motorized sit-stand desktop (30.1 to 49.7 in.), and a modular console insert system for AV device integration. Designed and manufactured in Phoenix, Arizona.
Heckler Lectern is HETMA-approved.
The package includes the lectern main body, sit-stand lifting columns, feet, and control components. Modesty panels, console inserts, casters, desk pads, and other accessories are sold separately.

Accessible, height-adjustable desktop
The motorized sit-stand desktop adjusts from 30.1 to 49.7 inches, accommodating seated and standing instructors within the ADA-compliant height range. Dual lifting columns provide smooth, quiet adjustment at the press of a button.
Expansive desktop surface
The Heckler Lectern 6U desktop provides space for a laptop, documents, and AV control surfaces. The full-width surface accommodates multiple devices and materials simultaneously.
6RU internal component storage
The lift-up desktop provides front and rear access to 6RU of rack-mountable component storage. AV technicians can configure, upgrade, and service equipment without disassembling the lectern. Internal LED lighting illuminates the rack space for low-light environments.
The Heckler Lectern proved to be the perfect fit - the final piece is now being deployed across NYU sites and campuses worldwide.
The reason we wanted to move toward Heckler was the adjustability and the flexibility.
Modular console insert system
The lectern console accepts interchangeable inserts for touch panels, microphones, courtesy I/O, and display mounting. The growing catalog of console inserts supports Crestron, Extron, QSC, Shure, Poly, and other AV brands. Swap inserts to upgrade technology without replacing the lectern.
Tool-free cable management grid
The internal grid system routes and organizes cables without tools, fasteners, or adapters. Cables pass into and out of the lectern enclosure through designated openings, with surplus cable secured to the grid. The open grid design also provides passive airflow through the component storage area, reducing the need for active cooling.
Three 2RU component rack positions
Heckler Lectern 6U provides three 2RU rack positions for AV components, network switches, power distribution, and computing equipment. Standard 19-inch rack-mount equipment installs directly.
Lockable desktop enclosure
The lockable desktop secures internal components and the classroom computer from unauthorized access. AV technicians retain keyed access for configuration and maintenance.
Cable management options
Heckler Lectern supports third-party sit/stand cabling umbilicals and pre-existing cabling looms, or the Heckler Cable Management Kit (sold separately)."

As always, you really knocked it out of the park. PS: Whoever had the idea to put a cup holder on is absolutely brilliant.
Optional casters
Leveling feet are standard. Heckler Lectern Casters (sold separately) add 75 mm locking wheels for mobile deployment.
